Well I have waved goodbye to September and just like that we are in October. Before we know it we will be browsing the Christmas aisles and panicking over the various Christmas gifts which we need to get and then double panicking when its Christmas eve and we are still not done.
Well lets not fast forward that much. I decided to do a September Favourites post as there seems to be loads of stuff I’ve been loving the past month and it would be rude not to share them with you. From clothes and bags to makeup and skincare, I have truly loved certain pieces and I want to let you guys in.
My first extreme favourite is The Zara Handbag. Now this I just love love love. They don’t call it the chanel copy for nothing. I think its probably the most elegant looking bag I know, obviously with out the huge price tag. Ive been loving dressing up my various outifts with this timeless classic as it really puts an elegant feel to every outfit. For me its a must, especially with the Christmas season swinging round soon. This bag will definitely be going to the ball.
Next up for me is some of my Beauty items which I have loved this month. Ive chosen three as otherwise I would be here all day. I was lucky enough to be sent a bottle of the 24k Bio Gold Miracle Finisher by Bio-Essence and it really is a game changer in my beauty regime. It is enriched with 24k Bio-Gold, Bio Mineral Amino Acid & Bio Energy fluid and is the final step in my skincare regime. It gives off a a real healthy glow whilst protecting the skin from outdoor radicals. It is enriched with powerful antioxidants and has an amazing matte finish. Ive have been using this before I put on my foundation as it also reduces the appearance of pores and wrinkles. I love the sheen which it gives my skin and it looks so radiant after application.
My next favourite is the must have Liz Earle Cleanse & Polish cleanser. Im in love with this. Its such a wonderful creamy cleanser with cocoa butter, rosemary, chamomile and eucalyptus, It removes all traces of makeup and grime whilst giving my skin a deep clean and offering gentle exfoliation thanks to the muslin cloth provided. This has definitely been packed in my beauty bag and comes with me wherever I go.
My last favourite is the Pixi Glow Tonic. Now I had been seeing reviews across instagram and didn’t really pay any attention until my friend asked me to try it as she loved it. Well I gotta say it definitely has joined my Liz Earle collection on the beauty stand as it is just amazing. It brightens , tones & conditions the skin after cleansing. It is so mild but yet so effective. Over time it can reduce the signs of sun damage, fine lines, scarring and other imperfections. A total must have for my aging skin.
Moving on from Beauty, I really wanted to chat about Hats! Yes you heard me right. Since it got chillier I have dug out all my winter hats and I gotta say im loving this season for it. I find that you can really add a touch of elegance to any day or night outfit with the right hat. From the cute black barat, the everyday bobble, the oversized floppy to the simple beanie. You just have to love them. Paired with the right outfit, then its a win win from there.
Now lets move on to the TV. Has anyone else been obsessing over Dr Foster??? Well I definitely have. Talk about the ultimate revenge! This programme has had me hooked from day one and lets be honest, after season one, I knew this was going to be a goodie. I’ve been watching it on catchup for when the hubby has been at work and the baby has been having a nap as this is one programme that I wanted to watch in peace and snuggled on the sofa with a nice large cup of coffee.
And one last thing. September is my favourite month as its also my birthday – woop woop. I was utterly spoiled by all and had a fabulous day as that’s what fabulous people do!
Until next time
