Pear, Papaya & Ginger juice

Yay its Friday and so I decided before I go ahead and scoff to my hearts delight over the weekend, I might as well have a good juice to cleanse the digestive system before the overindulgence begins!!!!

This particular juice is absolutely bursting with good nutrients – vitamins B6, C & E,┬ápotassium, zinc, folic acid, magnesium, iron, beta-carotene, phosphorous, papain, copper, iodine & calcium. It is also packed with enzymes and fibre and is deeply cleansing for the digestive system

So for anyone looking for a fresh shot of vitamins or have overindulged on the food front… whizz this up and feel great.

  • 4 medium pears, chopped into chunks.
  • 1 papaya, peeled, deseeded and chopped into chunks
  • 1 large knob of ginger

Press chunks of the pear, papaya and ginger through the juicer, Pour into a nice glass over ice, if you prefer,us and drink immediately.
