Lets be honest, who doesn’t like a fresh juice now and again, well I certainly do and this is one of my favourites. Its a great fat burner and also helps to regulate blood sugar levels.
Drink the juice before breakfast on an empty stomach for maximum fat burning.
Ingredients: 2 Grapefruit, peeled and broken into segments. 3 lemons, peeled and quartered. I large knob of ginger.
Press chunks of grapefruit, lemon & ginger through the juicer, Add the honey and drink immediately.
